About the role

• Develop robust Python applications for DM's digital account team. Work collaboratively on transactional demands in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features or medium-complexity implementations and refinements, working with moderate autonomy.
• Test and fix bugs, interacting with other teams for development or fixes; correct defects during testing and user acceptance (UAT) and after product deployment; work autonomously.
• Collaborate with the Squad team, creating synergy for the smooth progress of the project.
• Interact with the Product Owner and Designer to resolve questions and build the best technical solution for the business requirement.
• Possess advanced programming knowledge; mentor more junior team members.
• Contribute across various topics within the area, adding value to the business and the Technology team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python development and working in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Bachelor's degree (completed).
• Programming language: Python.
• Frameworks: Flask, FastAPI.
• Testing: Unit testing.
• Messaging: RabbitMQ.
• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3).
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Databases: Relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
