Talent Acquisition Senior Manager leading global Talent Acquisition operations at dLocal. Partnering with business leaders to enhance quality of hiring and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
Leading the global TA strategy and operations across tech and business roles, ensuring regional consistency and alignment with business priorities.
Building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing global TA team with clear goals, defined roles, and performance rituals.
Establishing standards, SLAs, and governance from intake to offer, prioritizing quality over volume and improving predictability and time-to-offer.
Partnering with Heads/VPs on workforce planning, profile calibration, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
Driving process simplification and standardization (intake, interviews, scorecards, approvals) to remove bottlenecks and rework at global scale.
Defining and driving the TA automation and AI roadmap (ATS/CRM, AI-assisted screening, programmatic outreach, scheduling, talent pools, reporting) to reduce manual work and bias and increase pipeline accuracy.
Implementing a Quality-of-Hire and quality-of-process framework (criteria, scorecards, KPIs like stage conversion, time-to-offer, QoH, early turnover) and running continuous improvement cycles.
Strengthening employer branding with Comms/Marketing and leadership to ensure consistent candidate experiences across regions and functions.
Requirements
Proven experience leading TA teams for technology and business with global scope and direct partnership with VPs/C-level.
Demonstrated success simplifying and standardizing recruiting processes with measurable impact on cycle time and hiring quality.
Hands-on experience with automation and AI in the selection process (screening, scheduling, programmatic sourcing, analytics) and strong ATS/CRM ownership.
Track record of shifting from volume to quality, defining and managing KPIs such as Quality of Hire, time-to-offer, and stage conversion.
Global leadership: building and managing multicultural teams with performance rituals, coaching, and career development.
Data-driven, product mindset: translating funnel problems into scalable solutions, prioritizing a backlog, and measuring ROI for automation initiatives.
Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
