About the role

  • Sales Support Officer responsible for managing contracts and supporting sales teams in the UK. Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction while handling various sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Support the sales team by managing incoming contract documentation and telephone queries.
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues, including credit referrals.
  • Complete quoting activity for smaller dealerships, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales strategy.
  • Validate contracts and perform system data entry with high attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless processing.
  • Maintain CRM and other systems with up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Identify and signal sales opportunities to the sales team.
  • Participate in relevant regulatory examinations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Financial Services (FCA/TCF)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage inbound/outbound customer calls
  • GCSE Maths or equivalent
  • Experience in equipment leasing and vendor finance (Extras)
  • Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership (Extras)
