About the role

  • Key Account Executive managing relationships in the food channel for Grupo Boticário. Focused on execution and strategy for enhancing shopper experience in retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the best possible relationships with clients
  • Ensure optimal execution of our brand activations at points of sale (POS)
  • Manage investments and activation calendars; analyze the ROI of actions with a focus on positive contribution margin (MMCC)
  • Support the development of clients' potential and their areas of operation
  • Ensure speed and excellence in the execution of our product launches
  • Set up, monitor and develop daily tracking KPIs and the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with clients
  • Build and develop trade and activation strategies for our brands with a focus on delivering the best shopper experience at the POS.

Requirements

  • Essential: commercial experience with food-channel Key Accounts
  • Experience leading a commercial/sales team and managing sell-out operations
  • Knowledge of commercial KPIs (sell-out, sell-in, inventory, weighted distribution, financial indicators, P&L, market share, mix review by cluster, etc.)
  • Availability for frequent travel and external visits
  • University degree completed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical profile; proactive, flexible and a team player
  • Based in Rio de Janeiro
