Responsibilities
Strategic contribution: contribute to defining the strategy, objectives and development plan for DLL France regarding asset sales and end-of-contract activities; develop and implement the annual asset sales plan and local policies.
Manage and coordinate team members in daily activities.
Develop sales opportunities and identify threats in the dealer and commercial user markets.
Ensure valuation, negotiation and sale of assets in accordance with the specific GBU strategy.
Ensure team members allocate the necessary time for training.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in sales, ideally in asset sales.
Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills: communication, presentation, creativity, collaboration, selling.
Strong management capabilities (planning, anticipation, performance monitoring using key indicators).
Ability to organize work across multiple tasks and topics.
Strategic perspective on end-of-contract processes and asset sales.
Active leadership by influence, with experience in motivating and developing staff.
Ability to communicate complex information to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in a matrix organization.
Adaptability to changes in strategy.
Ability to resolve issues as they arise.
Good knowledge of and strong interest in leased assets across all industry sectors.
Fluency in English required (spoken and written).
