About the role

• RPA Project Manager overseeing automation initiatives for a French glass manufacturer. Managing project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall frameworks in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, ensuring efficient execution, on time, and within budget;
• Managing the full project lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks;
• Defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable success criteria;
• Conducting discovery sessions, process qualification, and opportunity assessments;
• Ensuring delivery quality by enforcing Center of Excellence governance;
• Maintaining and reporting key project artifacts, ensuring transparency and accountability;
• Building strong partnerships with functional leaders and process owners;
• Facilitating project workshops, sprint ceremonies, and solution design reviews;
• Translating business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications;
• Enforcing automation pipeline governance;
• Conducting risk and impact assessments;
• Driving RPA adoption across the organization;
• Coordinating workloads and timelines with internal RPA delivery teams;
• Overseeing contract deliverables, cost utilization, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically within digital transformation or automation initiatives;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
• Proven experience delivering RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere;
• Strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, design, development, deployment, and support phases;
• In-depth knowledge of business process re-engineering and Lean methodologies, enabling optimization before automation;
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, such as ITIL or COBIT, ensuring structured project execution and compliance;
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master, demonstrating formal project management competence;
• UiPath Automation Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials, validating hands-on expertise in automation practices;
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments, managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of related technologies, including OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms, enabling solution integration;
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and propose strategic improvements.
