- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7-9 years of experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL, and relational databases, and application development (Python, Java, or .Net)
- 6+ years of experience with development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), such as UiPath, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platforms
- Experience in mentoring the development team with technical competencies
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, business and technical requirements, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Energetic and passionate to learn new things
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing
