Responsibilities

  • Taking end-to-end ownership of B2C customer communication
  • Shaping how we communicate with millions of customers across the full lifecycle
  • Defining and evolving a future-proof communication platform
  • Translating customer and business needs into platform capabilities
  • Owning the complete communication chain end to end

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C product environment
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling impactful product features
  • Strong hands-on, can-do mindset with a clear focus on outcomes
  • Solid experience in customer communication or messaging platforms
  • Strong platform and systems thinking, including consolidation of tools and processes to drive efficiency
  • Confident working closely with engineering and IT, with solid technical understanding
  • Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable with end-to-end ownership and accountability
