About the role

  • Manager supporting COO in executing strategic initiatives for a leading virtual care provider. Collaborating with executives and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the COO on high-priority strategic initiatives, providing analysis, synthesis, and execution support to drive impact across Go-to-Market and Operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board on key decisions (i.e. pricing, RFP strategy, new program design, efficiency opportunities, and service development)
  • Translate the COO’s vision and objectives into concrete action plans, ensuring accountability, clarity, and timely follow-through. Ensure decisions made at the COO level are clearly cascaded, understood, and acted upon across all relevant teams.
  • Prepare materials and briefing documents for Board of Directors meetings, including GTM update presentation
  • Support the preparation of internal and external communications for the COO, ensuring tone, clarity, and alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Lead or support special initiatives as assigned by the COO from operational pilots and process redesigns to cross-functional change management and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Based in Montreal and bilingual (English and French)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief-of-staff, or senior program/project leadership roles
  • Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and Boards
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level messaging
  • Strong project management capability, able to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea through to execution
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • A strategic, proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset
  • Required to be in the office at least 4 days a week
