Responsibilities
Support special projects across Organizational Development, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate Functions
Conduct research and analysis on best practices related to ways of working, performance management, and change initiatives
Assist in mapping and improving processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-backed improvements
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and materials for senior stakeholders
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to support implementation efforts
Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as the organization evolves and priorities shift
Requirements
Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with incomplete information
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets; PowerPoint / Slides)
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
