Responsibilities
The Client Service Team is the revenue epicentre of our business.
As an Associate in the CST, you will need to think quickly and critically, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, identify, and speak with the best experts ensuring they have the most relevant experience and knowledge to address our clients’ needs.
Working on multiple client projects at once, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career and develop core transferable skills in sales, time and project management, negotiation, and professional communication, all while expanding your commercial awareness.
Requirements
1+ years of work experience
Academic achievement in any undergraduate field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
Proven leadership skills and participation in extracurricular activities
Demonstrated interest in business and a goal-oriented mindset
A growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and development
Excellent networking and sourcing abilities, leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn and internal databases to engage and convince suitable experts
Strong ability to achieve quotas, meet specific targets, and deliver projects within set timelines
Fluency in English (both verbal and written); Fluency in French is a great asset
Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin is an asset
