About the role

  • Senior Account Executive responsible for managing client projects in a pharmaceutical marketing agency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist account and cross functional team in managing day-to-day project needs and workflow.
  • Develop, maintain, and circulate status reports, ensuring all internal and external teams are aligned on priorities and timelines.
  • Draft and distribute meeting recaps, clearly documenting action items, ownership, and next steps.
  • Support project scheduling, resourcing, and deliverable tracking to maintain smooth execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, editorial, strategy, medical, and production) to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Support the submission processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and enforce checks and balances for content accuracy, timing, and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of PowerPoint presentations, status decks, and client deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all internal stakeholders to maintain efficiency and team alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare communications agency.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing processes, including regulatory submissions (MLR).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
