Responsibilities
Assist account and cross functional team in managing day-to-day project needs and workflow.
Develop, maintain, and circulate status reports, ensuring all internal and external teams are aligned on priorities and timelines.
Draft and distribute meeting recaps, clearly documenting action items, ownership, and next steps.
Support project scheduling, resourcing, and deliverable tracking to maintain smooth execution.
Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, editorial, strategy, medical, and production) to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Support the submission processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain and enforce checks and balances for content accuracy, timing, and compliance.
Assist in the development and refinement of PowerPoint presentations, status decks, and client deliverables.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all internal stakeholders to maintain efficiency and team alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare communications agency.
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing processes, including regulatory submissions (MLR).
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
