Responsibilities

Arquivar e organizar documentos físicos da empresa e/os profissionais, as quais necessários para utilização em licitações e propostas
Elaborar e/ou atualizar os cadastros da empresa/fornecedor
Baixar publicações e editais
Cadastrar e atualizar informações no Comercial Digital de oportunidades
Atualização e controle dos gastos com cartório.
Mapear e atualizar suas rotinas diárias (via asana).
Requirements
Ensino Médio Completo. Cursando ensino superior será considerado um diferencial
Experiência na área administrativa
Conhecimento de MS Word, Excel e Power Point
Organização e proatividade
