Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding market presence
  • Identify market trends and business opportunities
  • Prepare and conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with executive management, marketing, and sales to successfully position new solutions
  • Prepare proposals, forecasts, and reports
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events to maintain and expand networks

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in the wind energy industry in a technical role or in project management
  • Technical understanding of renewable energy technologies
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial approach
  • Independent, structured working style with a strong target orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
