Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Manage high volumes of outgoing calls
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required
  • Customer Service qualification desirable
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organised and self-disciplined, with strong time management skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and committed to a positive, can-do approach
