Responsibilities
Ensure smooth execution of international time management and employee life-cycle processes
Handle global reimbursement and travel expense inquiries with accuracy and service orientation
Maintain employee master data in our HR systems (SAP, Success Factors)
Guarantee correct documentation and compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations
Support audits, reporting, and HR data management activities
Actively contribute to digitalization and global HR process harmonization initiatives
Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Requirements

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
High attention to detail and quality
Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written), knowledge of German is an advantage
Experience with SAP, SAP Success Factors and Concur is an asset
Good Microsoft Office skills
An University degree or relevant professional experience in HR or shared services
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
