- Sourcing Transformation & Office Director at HBX Group leading the definition and execution of global transformation strategy for Sourcing. Collaborating with various teams to enhance operational models and drive effective decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, coordination, and execution of the global Sourcing Transformation Roadmap across all regions
- Partner with cross‑functional areas to enhance operating models and support the development and integration of Sourcing related products
- Define the long‑term vision, ambition, and strategic roadmap for Sourcing scalability and growth
- Act as Office Director to the Chief of Sourcing & Commercial Services, ensuring alignment across teams, effective leadership coordination, and strong governance
- Oversee strategic prioritization and follow‑up of key initiatives to enable faster, data driven decision making
- Coordinate and elevate the quality of Sourcing performance and transformation reporting for senior leadership
- Maintain a structured portfolio of strategic initiatives with clear ownership, milestones, and governance cadence
Requirements
- Proven experience in transformation of leadership, strategy execution, or PMO roles within large, complex organizations
- Strong understanding of commercial, product, and operational dynamics within multi-business ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead change across diverse teams and regions
- Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational planning, and governance management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting, business reviews, and executive level presentations
- Advanced English is a must
- Experience within the travel, technology, or marketplace ecosystem is a strong plus.
