Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives working with business partners from opportunity identification through RFI/RFP/RFQ development to contract negotiation and award.
- Develop and execute category strategies using market intelligence and spend analysis to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
- Conduct commercial analysis that informs business decisions and strengthens the case for change.
- Drive supplier engagement and negotiations that balance cost, quality, and service delivery.
- Track and report on sourcing performance, delivering insights that shape category strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across functions with Procurement, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure outcomes align with Flutter's broader objectives.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations that influence senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles with a proven track record of delivering value through strategic initiatives.
- Expertise managing end-to-end tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiation.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen – cost modelling, budgeting, and data-driven analysis are your bread and butter.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; you can turn data into compelling insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills; you thrive in cross-functional environments.
