Responsibilities
Prospecting and opening new accounts (hunter profile);
Technical knowledge in B2B sales of air and hotel products;
Understanding of integrations, APIs and OBTs (Online Booking Tools);
Drafting and management of commercial contracts;
Ability to perform financial analyses and create reports in Excel (commission control, results and profitability);
Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, sales targets and client performance to identify business opportunities and prioritize actions within the portfolio;
Managing the client portfolio;
Evaluate and define a contact/visit plan for portfolio clients, customizing strategy and providing system training and enablement for our commercial partners;
Understanding reports and weekly monitoring of KPIs;
Align and validate action plans with your manager;
Follow up on contacts/visits and actions to be taken;
Prepare presentations, reports and analyses presenting the results of each action to partners;
Act as the face of HotelDO in your assigned destinations, developing relationships with the travel trade to identify and grow local opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in corporate B2B travel/tourism companies;
Knowledge of commercial backoffice and corporate reservation systems;
Experience working in environments with aggressive targets and variable compensation (commission);
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or related fields;
Intermediate Excel;
Spanish and/or English for communication — considered a plus;
Logical thinker, strong negotiation skills and ease in interpersonal relationships;
