Drive End-to-End Conversion Optimization (CRO) across landing pages, core website pages, forms, and conversion paths.
Own Website Infrastructure & Technical Execution, managing CMS and integrations.
Partner with GTM Ops on Data & Funnel Visibility, ensuring accurate tracking and identifying funnel bottlenecks.
Support Global Demand Gen Execution with campaign landing pages and conversion flows.
Requirements
4–7+ years in growth, web, or CRO-focused roles in B2B SaaS.
Lead the growth strategy for Mother Root, scaling from £7m to £50m via insightful growth systems. Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance brand presence and market performance.
