About the role

  • Vice-President managing strategic orientations for Desjardins Group. Overseeing the unit’s service offer, developing business plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Vice-President in developing strategic directions for Desjardins Group
  • Develop and deliver the division’s business plan based on strategic directions and targeted results
  • Ensure assigned files and strategic projects are completed to achieve target results and maintain client satisfaction by continuously improving unit management within a performance management framework
  • Apply management and communication practices that encourage change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, engagement and diversity, in line with the organization’s values
  • Support the administrative unit’s business plan by effectively managing individual and team performance
  • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
  • Represent the organization and lead business intelligence activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eleven years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in French is required
  • Business insight
