Responsibilities
Support the Senior Vice-President in developing strategic directions for Desjardins Group
Develop and deliver the division’s business plan based on strategic directions and targeted results
Ensure assigned files and strategic projects are completed to achieve target results and maintain client satisfaction by continuously improving unit management within a performance management framework

Support the administrative unit’s business plan by effectively managing individual and team performance

Represent the organization and lead business intelligence activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eleven years of relevant experience
Proficiency in French is required
