Responsibilities
Communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues in a way that promotes collaboration

Support the implementation of quality assurance measures
Provide basic and treatment nursing care (e.g., oxygen administration, inhalations, suctioning, PEG care, patient monitoring) and initiate emergency measures when required
Carry out care planning and maintain nursing documentation as part of your daily routine
Participate regularly in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
Completed three-year vocational training as a nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent nursing qualification)
Professional experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
Basic course in outpatient ventilation or advanced training in intensive care/anesthesia
Leadership experience is an advantage; more important to us is your commitment
