About the role

  • WG-Leitung managing patient care processes and quality assurance in außerklinische Intensivpflege. Collaborating with teams, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with care standards.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues in a way that promotes collaboration
  • Actively shape nursing processes and ensure care quality; regularly contribute to professional team discussions
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance measures
  • Provide basic and treatment nursing care (e.g., oxygen administration, inhalations, suctioning, PEG care, patient monitoring) and initiate emergency measures when required
  • Carry out care planning and maintain nursing documentation as part of your daily routine
  • Participate regularly in continuing education and professional development

Requirements

  • Completed three-year vocational training as a nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent nursing qualification)
  • Professional experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
  • Basic course in outpatient ventilation or advanced training in intensive care/anesthesia
  • Leadership experience is an advantage; more important to us is your commitment
