Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and oversight for all facilities within the 12th District.
Lead Facility Management functions including Construction Projects and Space Planning.
Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executive team.
Establish a strategic roadmap and multi-year planning forecast.
Proactively engage with business lines to anticipate infrastructure needs.
Oversee and support the Environmental Health & Safety Program.
Oversee the Group’s financial management function including budgeting and asset management.
Build and sustain productive relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
15 + years of facilities and construction management experience.
12+ years of progressive people and business leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree; Masters degree preferred.
Possess strong executive presence.
Intellectually curious, agile and innovative.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong track record of collaborating with business partners.
Experience navigating teams through large change initiatives.
