About the role

- Shift work (early shifts, late shifts, night on-call, weekend duty)
Requirements
- Completed training as an educator (Erzieher/Erzieherin) or as a curative education nurse (Heilerziehungspfleger) or a degree in social pedagogy, social work or curative education (m/f/d)
- Experience dealing with complex childhood and adolescent disorders is an advantage but not a strict requirement
- Enjoyment in meaningfully supporting young people with impairments
