About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the organization
  • Maximize operational productivity through various tasks including data entry and verification of database data integrity
  • Ensure the completion of the unit's administrative business processes
  • Perform analysis and produce or revise reports and statistics
  • Carry out various administrative, operational and quality controls
  • Take corrective measures and carry out the required follow-ups
  • Provide support to users in the efficient use of tools and systems
  • Prepare or revise presentations and other related documents

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
