About the role

  • Provide administrative support to one or more managers, such as follow-up emails, scheduling, expense account management and room reservations
  • Carry out a range of secretarial tasks (draft, update and format documents and presentations, etc.)
  • Plan and attend management committee and other meetings
  • Help prepare, coordinate and organize events (team meetings, committees, meetings, travel, public relations activities, etc.)
  • Serve as the team's resource person for administrative and operational matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in administrative support or another relevant field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills in French
  • Proficiency in IT tools and the Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Forms, Oracle)
