Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to one or more managers, such as follow-up emails, scheduling, expense account management and room reservations

Requirements
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in administrative support or another relevant field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Advanced oral and written communication skills in French
Proficiency in IT tools and the Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Forms, Oracle)
