About the role

  • Provide support to Key Account Managers in the dedicated area.
  • Liaise with the sales department to allow an efficient process to acknowledge the new signed contracts, renewals, etc.
  • Opening and extending the accesses for the customers or prospects.
  • Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks such as coordination of software contract renewals in Salesforce.
  • Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients.
  • Monitor and track sales data to prepare reports to help with account management.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Review sales documents to identify specific clauses, such as financial conditions.
  • Monitoring, analysis, and document management: managing the filing and archiving process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, sales administration, or SaaS environment is a plus.
