Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align commercial efforts
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Negotiate complex contracts with favorable outcomes
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions
  • Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and new business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
