Responsibilities
Identificar, contactar y formalizar alianzas con promotorías estratégicas a nivel nacional.
Diseñar e implementar procesos de onboarding y capacitación comercial para agentes.
Acompañar el proceso de venta y apoyar a líderes de promotoría en generación de demanda y seguimiento.
Coordinar acciones conjuntas con equipos internos (ventas, marketing, producto, Legal, etc.) para garantizar el éxito en la implementación de los proyectos con aliados.
Asegurar la adopción del sistemas y uso adecuado de materiales, guiones y herramientas de venta.
Asesorar y apoyar a los aliados en el uso de las herramientas de ventas y estrategias de comunicación comercial.
Implementar campañas de activación, concursos y esquemas de incentivos para mejorar ratios de producción, persistencia y % anualizadas.
Coordinar con áreas internas (Producto, Legal, SalesOps, Marketing) para resolver bloqueos y acelerar flujos comerciales.
Analizar el performance de cada promotoría (ventas, CAC, churn, densidad, % de conversiones) con apoyo del equipo de Sales excellence e identificar oportunidades de mejora o desactivación.
Presentar reportes semanales y mensuales sobre el avance del canal, con planes de acción.
Requirements
Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Economía, Marketing, Finanzas o afines.
Deseable especialización en ventas consultivas, retail financiero o seguros.
