Responsibilities
Definir e implementar la estrategia de ventas nacional alineada con los valores y objetivos del grupo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad, apoyando la expansión de nuestra red minorista.
Liderar, motivar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas geográficamente distribuido, fomentando una cultura de excelencia y enfoque en el cliente.
Diseñar y ejecutar planes comerciales, establecer objetivos y monitorear desempeño.
Rastrear KPI, preparar informes de desempeño e implementar acciones correctivas para optimizar resultados.
Promover un servicio excepcional y fortalecer la lealtad en todos los puntos de contacto.
Colaborar estrechamente con Marketing, Operaciones y Recursos Humanos para asegurar alineación con la estrategia de la empresa.
Requirements
Título universitario o de máster en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o campo relacionado.
Mínimo 7 años en roles de liderazgo comercial senior en retail, gestionando grandes equipos distribuidos.
Experiencia comprobada gestionando equipos grandes, multi-niveles y geográficamente dispersos en un entorno minorista.
Experiencia en el sector de la audiología es un plus.
Alto nivel de inglés (B2+/C1).
