About the role

  • Operations Strategy Manager focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience in France at Deliveroo. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful changes in the operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in the delivery network
  • Define market-winning strategies at a hyper-local level to improve service levels and balance cost priorities
  • Identify areas of improvement and lead impactful initiatives driving change across the marketplace (restaurants, riders, customers)

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a high-paced project-based organization (e.g., tech startup or management consultancy)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills (Excel modeling, database crunching)
  • Excellent mastery of Google Suite/Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Proven experience structuring, coordinating, and executing projects
  • Effective prioritization of tasks, utilizing 80/20 approaches
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) in both English and French
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
