Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Work closely with Level 1 support to ensure efficient resolution of user-reported problems
Escalate unresolved complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary
Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining IT equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Document recurring technical issues and solutions to enhance support efficiency
Collaborate with the Process Excellence team to update and maintain IT support guides and FAQs
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a corporate environment
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are preferred
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Have previous direct experience in ITIL‑structured IT support
Amenable to work hybrid/ onsite at our Sta. Rita, Pampanga office
