B2B Sales role in a startup focused on sustainable packaging solutions for To-Go products. Engaging with new clients in the hospitality and retail sectors on the Canary Islands.
Responsibilities
Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.
New client acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—primarily in hospitality, hotels, and retail—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Lead generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales funnel with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
Customer retention: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
Strategy development: Contribute to creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and enter new markets.
Teamwork: Work closely with management, marketing, and supply chain to develop customer-centric solutions and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
Native German speaker and resident of the Canary Islands — preferably Gran Canaria (required).
Sales experience: You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hospitality, packaging, or consumer goods sectors.
Alternatively, you are a motivated career-changer with a strong sales mentality.
Outgoing personality: You are a natural communicator who quickly builds new relationships via phone, email, or in person.
Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
Company-building mindset: You want to actively shape the business and enjoy helping deinetuete grow into the market leader for sustainable to-go packaging.
Persuasiveness: You can excite customers and confidently present sustainable packaging solutions as a genuine value-add.
Structured & independent working style: You are well organized, work autonomously, and keep an overview—even in a dynamic start-up environment.
Digital affinity: You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office, and digital tools.
Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong brands in the food sector and understand how bespoke packaging influences perception and business success.
