About the role

  • You will be part of our Sales and Marketing team.
  • On one hand, you will increase deepeye's visibility across European markets by strategically managing one or more channels with content (social media, webinars, publications, brochures, events).
  • Additionally, you will take on CRM tasks and support our sales team, such as qualifying and handing over leads in our CRM, maintaining our CRM system, and preparing customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent written German and English (eloquence, grammar, spelling)
  • Highly organized, i.e. capable of planning and meeting deadlines independently, e.g., for a social media post
  • Creativity that adapts to the target audience (design & wording)
  • Experience in a startup or healthcare setting, preferably working with ophthalmologists
  • Software knowledge - CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.
  • Marketing: Canva, LinkedIn, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • GenAI: Gemini, ChatGPT, etc. for research and image generation
  • Project management: Monday.com, Notion, Asana, etc.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment (agile mindset)
  • Academic background: Regardless of whether you study Business/Marketing, a technical subject, or medicine, what matters is your interest in the topic and your drive to make an impact.
  • At least 2 years into your studies (i.e., master level or final year of bachelor)
