Responsibilities
Manage the sales pipeline for the assigned geographic area and negotiate customer acquisition
Provide regular activity reporting
Keep the CRM up to date and maintain other company-relevant documents
Contribute to writing tender responses
Establish a beginning-of-year plan to achieve targets
Proactively prospect target accounts to grow our market share
Promote the company's product and service offerings (participate in commercial activities...)
Be available for regular travel: depending on your location in Brittany and Lower Normandy or the Southwest/Southeast regions of France
Requirements
Degree in business or engineering school with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role
Experience selling healthcare software solutions
Mastery of complex sales cycles, ideally in public-sector markets
Proficiency with software sales models (license, maintenance) and hosting models (SaaS)
Ability to lead a team
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Knowledge of one or more of our products would be appreciated (Orbis, DxCare, Hexagone...)
