About the role

  • Account Manager position at Dedalus driving healthcare software adoption in specified French regions. Engaged in commercial and societal impact responsibilities in health systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline for the assigned geographic area and negotiate customer acquisition
  • Provide regular activity reporting
  • Keep the CRM up to date and maintain other company-relevant documents
  • Contribute to writing tender responses
  • Establish a beginning-of-year plan to achieve targets
  • Proactively prospect target accounts to grow our market share
  • Promote the company's product and service offerings (participate in commercial activities...)
  • Be available for regular travel: depending on your location in Brittany and Lower Normandy or the Southwest/Southeast regions of France

Requirements

  • Degree in business or engineering school with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience selling healthcare software solutions
  • Mastery of complex sales cycles, ideally in public-sector markets
  • Proficiency with software sales models (license, maintenance) and hosting models (SaaS)
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Knowledge of one or more of our products would be appreciated (Orbis, DxCare, Hexagone...)
