About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist for Dedale's HR team driving recruitment for all departments in Paris. Manage recruitment processes and contribute to global HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas.
  • Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in a competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
  • Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic HR projects on a global scale, including but not limited to: Global Onboarding, Global Talent Management, Training and Development, Engagement Surveys, and Global Retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience across diverse business areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, hyper-organized, effective with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools and changes.
  • Experience with Ashby or any similar ATS (or you’re excited to learn!).
