Responsibilities
Operations Management: You ensure our packages are dispatched on time and coordinate pickups with our shipping partner.
Process Optimization: You proactively develop new processes and identify solutions to further automate existing workflows.
Analytics: You analyze data from our internal processes with regard to quality, cost, output, productivity, etc., and derive actionable recommendations.
Project Management: You manage projects within day-to-day operations and take full responsibility for implementation.
Communication & Planning: You work closely with our warehouse team.
Procurement: You coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and cooperation partners.
Requirements
Commercial training, a degree, or other prior experience that fits the requirements of this internship.
Enthusiasm for quickly understanding new challenges and independently developing solutions.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to help out when needed.
Analytical skills, strong organizational ability, and a solution-oriented approach.
Very good German skills (spoken and written) and advanced English skills.
