About the role

  • Founder's Associate Intern supporting operations and business development at DECORAMI. Engaging in project management, process optimization, and analytics with a focus on sustainability and party supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: You ensure our packages are dispatched on time and coordinate pickups with our shipping partner.
  • Process Optimization: You proactively develop new processes and identify solutions to further automate existing workflows.
  • Analytics: You analyze data from our internal processes with regard to quality, cost, output, productivity, etc., and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Project Management: You manage projects within day-to-day operations and take full responsibility for implementation.
  • Communication & Planning: You work closely with our warehouse team.
  • Procurement: You coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and cooperation partners.

Requirements

  • Commercial training, a degree, or other prior experience that fits the requirements of this internship.
  • Enthusiasm for quickly understanding new challenges and independently developing solutions.
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to help out when needed.
  • Analytical skills, strong organizational ability, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Very good German skills (spoken and written) and advanced English skills.
