About the role

  • Manage the Events & Experiences strategy for UGG, focusing on impactful brand events. Collaborate with global teams to execute engaging experiences in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall short & long-term Experience and Events Strategy and execution in key cities across the EMEA region
  • Build event strategy specifically for our target consumer, developing robust, engaging, and out-of-the-box event concepts
  • Collaborate with appropriate global stakeholders to review concepts for Brand Experiences
  • Lead all internal communications around events
  • Deliver KPI reports that inform future strategies for Brand Experiences
  • Manage event budget, inclusive of all event items, and submit invoices
  • Suggest and onboard partners that help communicate and amplify the brand's story
  • Continually research new venues, vendors, and experiences-related opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong experience in events strategy and execution
  • Fashion / footwear / lifestyle industry experience is desirable
  • Experience in 3rd party / agency selection and management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in French or Italian AND English is a requirement
