Responsibilities
Planning, coordination and oversight of internal and external system tests for optoelectronic and optomechanical systems
Coordinating test activities with system integrators, developers and other project stakeholders
Creating verification criteria, test plans and test specifications in alignment with functional requirements
Maintaining, managing and documenting test results in the Polarion database system
Responsible for the timely execution and evaluation of all test phases
Analyzing test results, preparing defect reports and tracking corrective actions
Organizing and moderating test reviews and acceptance activities
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field
Several years of experience (at least 6 years) in system testing, test coordination or test management in the automotive supplier industry, preferably for optoelectronic systems
Solid knowledge of test methods, test planning and test execution
Experience with test management and ALM tools, particularly Polarion
Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2), both written and spoken
Required: experience coordinating internal and external test activities
Strong expertise in creating test cases and conducting system tests
Knowledge of common automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, V-Model)
Desirable: ISTQB Certified Test Manager or an equivalent certification
Experience with functional safety in accordance with ISO 26262
Experience in developing test environments including test hardware
Experience with some of the following tools: DOORS, JIRA, GIT, Redmine, Q-Wiki, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Excel, Codebeamer
