About the role

  • Lead recruitment and digital transformation initiatives in the HR function. Manage end-to-end recruitment and collaborate on automated solutions for operational excellence in the People function.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment delivery and enable digital transformation across the People function.
  • Ensure seamless talent acquisition during a period of change.
  • Support the implementation of People technology, automation, and process improvements.
  • Act as a key partner bridging business needs and digital initiatives.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies and foster internal mobility.
  • Contribute to building a future-ready people ecosystem and delivering an exceptional colleague experience.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in recruitment and direct sourcing.
  • Technical proficiency with People systems (technology), automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with OPEX principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of internal mobility and talent development principles.
