- Responsibility as a program and/or (sub-)project manager, communicating with clients, and presenting solutions

- Analysis and evaluation of project data and derivation of appropriate measures
- Preparation of concepts and project documentation (phase plans, project plans, work package descriptions)
- Preparation and facilitation of customer service review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems management clerk, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT business consulting, ideally in an IT services environment
- Enjoys communicating with clients; strong customer focus is assumed
- Good knowledge of IT operations, IT solutions, and IT architectures
- Knowledge of security standards (ISO 2700x, IT-Grundschutz)
- Strong German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form are required
