  • Service Manager in IT-Business Consulting role at DATAGROUP, responsible for project leadership and customer communication in diverse IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Taking on exciting and varied responsibilities as part of the IT Business Consulting team
  • Responsibility as a program and/or (sub-)project manager, communicating with clients, and presenting solutions
  • Planning, execution, control, and monitoring of projects with a focus on risk management
  • Analysis and evaluation of project data and derivation of appropriate measures
  • Preparation of concepts and project documentation (phase plans, project plans, work package descriptions)
  • Preparation and facilitation of customer service review meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems management clerk, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT business consulting, ideally in an IT services environment
  • Enjoys communicating with clients; strong customer focus is assumed
  • Good knowledge of IT operations, IT solutions, and IT architectures
  • Knowledge of security standards (ISO 2700x, IT-Grundschutz)
  • Strong German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form are required
