Responsibilities
Support with a focus on banking applications
User support in a Windows-based network with Citrix infrastructure and Active Directory, as well as current MS Office suites
Receiving, analyzing, prioritizing and classifying incoming incidents from both hardware and software
Providing first-line resolutions via remote support
Advising and training users on their systems, new laptops, and mobile phones
Creating documentation and maintaining databases
Documenting and further developing our service processes
Requirements
Vocational training in IT or a commercial/business qualification
Basic knowledge of MS Office required
Good communication skills
Strong motivation and commitment
Ability to work independently
Team player and ability to work under pressure
Reliable and methodical working style
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level)
