Responsibilities
- Managing exciting projects in large, partly international client environments
- Gathering and analyzing technical customer requirements in existing or new environments
- Implementing, installing, integrating, migrating, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing larger IT systems based on customer requirements
- Adjustments/optimizations of customer-side standard and custom solutions
- Ensuring smooth operation, including troubleshooting
- Documenting delivered services
- Representing URANO as a trusted technology advisor
- Willingness to travel within the Rhine-Main region
- Preparing, presenting, and supporting the implementation of developed concepts
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training in an IT-related field
- Professional experience with one or more of the following Microsoft technologies: Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online/Hybrid, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Information Protection, Security & Compliance
- Strong consulting skills related to Microsoft technologies and cloud usage models
- Experience in developing technical concepts/designs
- Willingness to travel within the assignment area for on-site customer engagements
- Practical experience in preparing documentation
- Ideally MCSE and/or MCSA certified
- Languages: German (minimum B2); good English skills are an advantage
- Essential: willingness to learn, initiative, and creativity
