About the role

  • Marketing Analyst overseeing strategic planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for a leading health network. Collaborating with commercial and medical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Planning Management: Lead end-to-end marketing planning, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • 360º Execution: Coordinate and/or directly execute events and sponsorships, digital content strategy, CRM journeys, and paid media campaigns.
  • Product Launches: Develop and implement communication plans for new products, defining channels, KPIs and core narratives.
  • Strategic Liaison: Act as a facilitator between Commercial and Medical teams, translating technical needs into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously monitor results, using data to optimize campaigns in real time and report performance to management.

Requirements

  • Solid Experience: Proven background in planning and executing 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical ability to interpret metrics and turn numbers into action plans.
  • Senior Profile: Autonomy in decision-making, ownership/accountability, and excellent communication to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for plan presentations).
  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or related sectors (due to interaction with the medical team).
  • Education and/or experience in healthcare and marketing.
