About the role

• Position as Analista Logística Pleno at Dasa, Brazil’s largest integrated health network. Supporting supply to laboratories and hospitals, focusing on inventory management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the supply of laboratories, hospitals and technical units, managing inventory control, handling requests and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators.
• Provide support via Microsoft Teams to resolve frontline teams’ questions daily.
• Hold weekly meetings to follow up on critical supplies.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor processes at laboratories, hospitals and technical units.
• Provide training to ensure correct execution of processes at the frontline.
• Interact with partner areas, Purchasing, Logistics, MDU and Master Data.
• Inform frontline sites about estimated arrival dates for orders.
• Analyze additional routine requests according to average consumption.
• Support tracking of orders and material movements.
• Assist the team in resolving incidents (damages, shortages, losses, delays).
• Generate emergency shipments to regional units.
• Analyze manual orders from sites and monitor future requests.
• Analyze items approaching expiration and monitor their status.
• Follow up on items causing breaches of the PME (Average Inventory Period) and monitor progress.
• Perform system parameter configurations to ensure correct supply.
• Develop continuous improvement projects to enhance the area’s processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in logistics with planning and replenishment.
• Strong analytical skills combined with clear and effective communication.
• Proactive, collaborative professional with solid organizational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: experience with SAP.
