About the role

  • Junior Personalmanager supporting HR processes at Danpower in Potsdam. Engaging in employee management and optimizing HR administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Accompany our employees from the first contract to their last day of employment
  • Act as the first point of contact for new team members
  • Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments and employment references (work certificates)
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
  • Maintain our digital personnel files
  • Support the preparation of employment-law-related measures
  • Contribute to the optimization and digitization of our HR processes
  • Proactively and creatively contribute your ideas and suggestions

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on HR, or equivalent commercial vocational training
  • At least one year of experience in HR, particularly in personnel administration and contract management
  • Solid basic knowledge of employment law
  • Initial experience collaborating with works councils
  • Very good German language skills
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Proficient in using Personio
  • Basic experience with Softgarden is desirable
