About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for sales
  • Leadership of the sales team
  • Development, further development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

  • Strengthening sales processes and structures
  • Monitoring and analysis of the energy and customer markets
  • New customer acquisition and maintenance of existing customer relationships

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales within the energy industry
  • Solid knowledge of energy supply solutions
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Business-fluent German
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office and AI tools
  • Experience implementing and working with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
