- Lead and influence cross-functional, global matrix teams towards aggressive execution
- Serve as an external thought leader and represent Cytiva at conferences
- Establish strong internal and external relationships to enable successful deployment of strategic priorities
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
- 15+ years in bioprocessing, life sciences, or related industry
- At least 8 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing complex strategies
- Experience leading large-scale innovation programs and cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment
- Ability to travel 25% globally
