About the role

- Lead projects, such as task-force teams, in cases of supplier insolvencies or supply shortages

- Execute comprehensive, regionally mandated supplier management under heterogeneous conditions
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks by developing and implementing suitable methods for standard processes and procedures
- Responsible for supplier monitoring and cross-functional coordination within complex new product projects
- Define and assess measures as part of supplier selection for new procurements
- Define requirements for supplier management and for the further development of suppliers
- Assume technical leadership responsibility for the assigned supplier portfolio
Requirements
- Completed vocational training plus a subsequent, typically one-year full-time technical qualification (e.g., state-certified technician)
- Solid, multi-year expertise in planning and controlling production, assembly, order, quality, and logistics processes, as well as several years' experience in leading and executing projects
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and high social competence, as well as assertiveness, determination, and resilience
- Business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
