Responsibilities
Manage change scopes with increased effort
Evaluate system suppliers for complex product scopes
Lead projects, such as task-force teams, in cases of supplier insolvencies or supply shortages
Holistic management of preventive and reactive supplier management according to supplier assignment
Execute comprehensive, regionally mandated supplier management under heterogeneous conditions
Coordinate cross-functional tasks by developing and implementing suitable methods for standard processes and procedures
Responsible for supplier monitoring and cross-functional coordination within complex new product projects
Define and assess measures as part of supplier selection for new procurements
Define requirements for supplier management and for the further development of suppliers
Assume technical leadership responsibility for the assigned supplier portfolio
Requirements
Completed vocational training plus a subsequent, typically one-year full-time technical qualification (e.g., state-certified technician)
Solid, multi-year expertise in planning and controlling production, assembly, order, quality, and logistics processes, as well as several years' experience in leading and executing projects
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
Willingness to travel and flexibility
Strong teamwork and communication skills and high social competence, as well as assertiveness, determination, and resilience
Business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
