About the role
- Design and produce web and mobile interfaces, motion graphics and video content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital experiences and evolve the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop design solutions for our products and digital channels, ensuring creative, consistent and efficient experiences aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Performance, UX, Product Managers, Business, Developers and Researchers) to develop consumer-focused campaigns.
- Produce and adapt video content for different channels (e.g., website/app, social media, institutional campaigns), including:
- video editing (cuts, pacing, soundtrack/audio, insertion of text and graphic elements)
- applying brand identity and visual guidelines in motion.
- Work on end-to-end projects, from understanding the problem to delivering final screens/assets:
- discovery and requirements gathering with Product, Tech and Business
- designing flows, wireframes and high-fidelity layouts
- creating interactive prototypes (primarily in Figma).
- Create and scale interfaces for app and web, respecting and evolving Dafiti's design system.
- Develop lettering and graphic inserts for animation.
- Ensure visual and language consistency across all experience touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Research/UX Research (when available) or support usability testing.
- Partner with developers to ensure proper implementation of interfaces.
- Support mentorship and review of deliverables from assistant/intern designers.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System (components, guidelines, best practices).
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Product Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication or related fields.
- Solid prior experience working on design for products and/or digital channels.
- Proficiency in Figma (or a similar tool) for creating layouts, prototypes, flows and components.
- Experience with video editing and/or motion design using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar.
- Good knowledge of UX and UI principles (information architecture, visual hierarchy, basic accessibility).
- Ability to interpret data and feedback (quantitative and qualitative) and integrate insights into design solutions.
- Portfolio with real projects, including, if possible, examples of videos/motions and digital interfaces that demonstrate process (problem, hypotheses, solution and outcome).
